Basic information about organic manure fermentation

With the continuous progress and development of social economy, the development of agricultural production on the market has attracted wide attention. As a manufacturer of organic fertilizer equipment, the company has a deep understanding of organic fertilizer. The basic fermentation details of organic fertilizer are briefly summarized.
1. Fermentation raw materials requirements: Fermentation raw materials (such as agricultural wastes such as feces) had better not be returned to natural heap, relatively fresh.Want to knoe what materials are applicable for organic fertilizer processing line? click here
2. Supplementary material requirements: Fermentation excipients (such as straw, rice chaff, etc.) should have moderate water content, strong water absorption, suitable particle size or length, and should not be too large. Addition amount should be determined according to the moisture condition of fermentation raw materials.
3. Bacteria should be removed evenly: Fermentation of organic fertilizer requires at least 50 grams of raw materials per ton (i.e. one or two). Considering that it can not be evenly spread on fermentation materials, 50 grams of bacteria should be mixed into 500 grams (1 kg) of wheat drum, sawdust, oil withered, rice bran and other raw materials to mix and mix, and then sprinkle on fermentation materials. Then mix and ferment evenly. Our organic manure fertilizer composting facility can stir these materials evenly.
4. Fermentation water regulation is good: the water regulation of raw materials and excipients is the most important, which is related to the success of fermentation. The water requirement is: after mixing the raw materials and accessories, hold them in a ball and fall on the ground in two pieces. _ The proportion of common excipients (such as straw, rice gall, etc.) is 10%~30%(the weight percentage of raw materials). If the volume ratio of the two is calculated, there are usually two parts of raw materials and one part of auxiliary materials.
5. The length, width and height of fermentation stacking should meet the standard: the breadth of fermentation products should not be less than 1.5 meters, the height should not be less than 1 meter, and the length should not be limited.
