Cow Manure Compost Fermentation

Image
There are two main methods for aerobic composting of cow dung: (1) Stack type composting process: the materials with proper moisture adjustment are layered into stacks according to the height and width, and the stacks are arranged in parallel on the open or indoor flat composting yard, and the efficient professional turning is adopted. The organic manure composting machine   straddles the pile for continuous turning operations. The cross-sectional shape of the pile is triangular or trapezoidal: width 1.5-2.5m, height 0.8-1.4m, length 50-150m (depending on the shape and size of the composting site). The characteristics of the process: the mechanical turning operation is highly mobile, and the use of strip stacks is conducive to the loss of water in the later stage of composting; it has low requirements for civil engineering and does not need supporting fermentation tanks. It can be composted outdoors, saving construction investment; the area of composting site needs to be rel...

How Much Is the Harmless Treatment of Organic Fertilizer Equipment for Cattle Dung Breeding in Animal Husbandry?

Image
Cow dung organic fertilizer equipment is a kind of fertilizer manufacturing equipment, and its production raw material is cow dung produced in animal husbandry. Today, the organic fertilizer equipment manufacturer FPC   is here to introduce to everyone the harmless treatment of organic fertilizer equipment for cow dung. 1. Transport the treated cow dung directly to the raw material silo (or raw material mixer). 2. The cow dung is transported to the disc homogenizer and evenly added to the rotating disc of the disc granulator. The liquid component or an appropriate amount of water is poured on the material in the disk through the liquid component distributor of the disk granulator to meet the liquid phase volume required for pelletizing. The rotating disc and the edge of the disc generate friction and centrifugal effect on the material, which makes the material produce circumferential movement, so that the powder particles are kneaded and squeezed each other, and gradually a...
