How to compost chicken manure fertilizer well?

Steps for fermentation and decomposition of chicken manure raw materials:
1) Material ratio, 1.5 tons chicken manure (fresh manure about 2.5 tons) plus 1 kg fertilizer starter, the starter should be mixed with rice bran (or bran, corn flour and other substitutes) in a ratio of 1:5, then evenly sprinkled into chicken manure heap, mixing evenly. It is better to add straw or mushroom residue to adjust the C/N ratio. The chicken manure compost turners are applicable for mix them evenly when composting.
2) Material stacking can not be done too small or too short, too small will affect fermentation, the height is 1.5 m~2 m, the width is 2 m, the length is 2~4 m above the stacking fermentation effect is better. You can use the turning machine for chicken manure windrows turning.
3) Temperature requirements, start-up temperature should be better than 15 C (four seasons can be operated, not affected by the season, as far as possible in winter indoor or greenhouse fermentation)
4) Water requirement, the water content of fermentation material should be controlled at about 65%. Too high or too low is not conducive to fermentation, too little water, slow fermentation; too much water will lead to poor ventilation, slow heating, and produce odor. Method of adjusting material moisture: excessive moisture can add straw, sawdust, mushroom residue, dry soil powder, etc. How to judge whether the water is suitable or not: Grasp a handful of materials tightly, finger seams are watermarked but not dripping, landing is appropriate to scatter.
5) Heap-up ventilation, proper oxygen supply and heap-up should be paid attention to during fermentation process (temperature should be turned over several times when it rises to 75 C or above), and the temperature should be controlled at about 65 C. The high temperature has an effect on nutrients. Our chicken waste compost fertilizer turner will be helpful.
6) Fermentation is completed. Fermentation is usually completed within a week. The material is black-brown and the temperature begins to drop to normal temperature, indicating that the fermentation is completed. If sawdust, sawdust and rice husk are excessive, the fermentation time should be prolonged and the fermentation time should be fully decomposed. And then you can choose to make powdery organic chicken manure fertilizer or make them into chicken litter fertilizer granules.
