Organic Fertilizer Production Method of Chicken Manure Organic Fertilizer
(1) Material crushing
Organic materials should not be crushed unless they are too rough to hinder stacking fermentation (such as straw, branches, etc.). If you need to crush materials, there are different types of organic materials pulverizing equipment for your reference.
(2) Mixing of materials
Organic materials must be mixed evenly before accumulation. Coarse materials should be laid flat under mixing, fine materials should be laid flat above mixing. Scraper can be used for more mixing and flat shovel for less mixing until uniformity.
(3) Moisture adjustment
When the material is mixed with water, the moisture content is about 60%. When the material is grasped by hand, the water will seep out, but will not drip down. Then, it is accumulated by simple composting box or general composting method. However, when composting by general composting method is accumulated, appropriate amount of water should be added if water is insufficient during the accumulation period.
(4) Volume of compost
The volume of compost compost is too small to rise easily. If the volume is too large, anaerobic fermentation will occur easily. During composting and accumulation fermentation, due to the role of microorganisms, high heat will be produced, that is, the temperature of composting will increase with the accumulation time, and will not rise after rising to a certain temperature. However, if the composting temperature continues to maintain such a high temperature, microbial reproduction will be hindered (oxygen deficiency) resulting in anaerobic fermentation, which will affect the quality of composting. Therefore, the compost should be turned over according to the actual needs during the composting period in order to facilitate ventilation. In general, the proper time for compost turning is about two days after the temperature rises by 60 70 C (an aluminium alloy thermometer is inserted). There is no need to turn over the compost box by using the simple compost box (the compost box has a ventilation system).
