How to Maintain the Fertilizer Composting Machines?
- Daily maintenance
The composting turner equipment should be maintained once a week when it is not in regular operation, and once a day when it is in regular operation. The maintenance contents are as follows:
1. Semi maintenance inspection (after working for 10 hours), check whether the connecting bolts, nuts and drain plug are loose.
2. Check whether there is any defect in the bolt and cotter pin of each part, and replace it in time (the cotter pin shall not be replaced by anything else).
3. Check whether the tipping knife is damaged and whether the fastening bolt is loose. If necessary, make up, tighten or replace the new knife.
4. Check whether the electrical connector is tight, whether the insulation of the wire is good, and timely repair or replace if necessary.
5. Check whether the fastening screws of diesel engine, gearbox and bearing seat are loose.
6. Clean the binding on the compost turner.
7. Check the oil tank and water tank allowance.
8. Attention should also be paid to whether the tire pressure is normal.
- Regular maintenance
1. After one season's operation of the composting turner equipment, the gearbox gear oil shall be replaced, and the bearings at all parts shall be inspected. After being disassembled and cleaned, new grease shall be applied and installed. If the wear is serious, it shall be replaced.
2. Remove the dust cover on the equipment, check and tighten the bolts on each transmission rod. To prevent the parts from being worn and scrapped due to the loose bolts on the transmission rod.
3. Remove the seat in the cab and the cover under the seat, check and tighten the bolts on the transmission shaft. To prevent the loose bolts on the transmission shaft seat from causing the shaft body to tilt, twist, break and scrap.
4. When it is used in winter, antifreeze should be added to the water tank. If not, warm water should be added before operation. After operation, the water in the water tank, body and cooler should be drained to prevent freezing damage.
5. Check whether the electrical appliances work normally and whether the circuit insulation is good. If necessary, replace the connected wires.
6. Regularly check the tension of the drive belt, adjust the tension if necessary, and check whether the belt is broken, worn or other signs of aging, and replace the belt if necessary. Check the running path of the belt and make sure that there is no obstruction between other parts of the engine and the belt. After replacing the belt, the new belt should be readjusted after two or three weeks to eliminate the slack.
7. During long-term operation of the tipper, all exposed parts shall be coated with oil for rust prevention, and shall be covered when placed outdoors.
