The granulated fertilizer packaging machine uses semi-automatic packaging of granular fertilizer, using plastic woven bags, manual bagging, automatic bag clamping, metering, filling, bag dropping, conveying and sewing to complete the semi-automatic packaging process.

Working principle: 

In the automatic state, after manual bagging, touch the microswitch, the discharge door will close automatically, and the skin will be cleaned automatically. The feeding mechanism continuously feeds the metering hopper at three flow rates: fast, medium and slow. The feeding process ends when the feeding reaches the set target weight. 

After the feeding cylinder is closed, the discharge door at the lower part of the metering bucket is opened, and the materials are filled into the packaging bag by self weight. After discharging, the discharging door is closed, the bag clamping mechanism opens automatically to unload the bag, and a working cycle ends.
