Five Technical Features of Rotary Drum Granulator

 1. If the granulation rate reaches more than 90% and the same specification is not completed, it can be re processed in the drum balling machine again.

2. The cylinder can be rotated with less power, and the outer part is made of wear resistant steel, which effectively prolongs the service life of the equipment.

3. It is a kind of special molding machine which can be made by rolling materials through chemical reaction. Under the action of certain liquid, the rolling of cylinder can make the material and small particles squeeze into a sphere.

4. The most power-saving supporting roller bracket is used for support. The bracket is made of high-quality carbon steel, which can fully bear the weight of the cylinder. Considering the large friction between the cylinder and the supporting wheel, more wear-resistant materials are specially used in this part. On the one hand, it can improve the safety of the equipment and improve the stability.

5. The transmission device is an important part for the machine to move. The gear ring on the cylinder is driven by the motor and reducer on the rack. The rack is welded with high-quality channel steel which is not easy to deform, which makes the transmission device of the machine more safe and stable. 

The reducer of the granulator drives the belt through the motor. There is a small gear on the reducer shaft, which coincides with the teeth on the gear ring outside the machine body. The cylinder body and the reducer move in opposite direction. The materials are sent to the cylinder end by the silo or conveyor. The materials in the cylinder are made into granular small particles. The materials conforming to the finished product are discharged from the outlet at the other end and pass through the continuous operation of the machine, It can realize the mass production of fertilizer granules.
