Two Main Processes of Making Organic Fertilizer
There are two important processes in an organic fertilizer production line, which are decomposition process and organic fertilizer granulation process. The two represent the two stages of early processing and deep processing respectively. The two stages are as follows:
Organic fertilizer production line fermentation and decomposition process is to use raw animal manure through tank, stack or tank fermentation. Granulation process is to make powdery organic fertilizer into particles through granulation equipment.
In general, according to the needs, small processing capacity can be used in the stack, if the medium-sized large-scale organic fertilizer processing adopts tank fermentation.
Granulation process of organic fertilizer
Organic fertilizer granulation needs to be mixed first. In the production process of series special fertilizer, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and fermented materials are mixed by computer according to different soil conditions and different crops, and then transported to granulator for granulation. Organic and inorganic raw materials are mixed according to different series of products.
Due to the production of biological fertilizer, organic matter is the main, cellulose is abundant, forming conditions are poor, and the living bacteria group with fertilizer making function are added, and the production process is not suitable to contact with high temperature.
Disk granulation, extrusion and new granulation methods are adopted in the material making mode, because these three processes require high crushing fineness of raw materials and high moisture content of granulation. Generally, the moisture content of the granules is about 30%. After the particles are opened, the moisture content is low, and the drying load is very small, which can reduce the loss of effective bacteria, reduce the dust and have a good operating environment.
The raw materials are put into the granulator, added with appropriate amount of water or steam, and bonded into granules. After granulation, the materials are sent to the dryer for drying through the belt conveyor. The particle diameter is 3.0-4.0 mm, and the granulation rate is more than 70%.
