What problems should be paid attention to when composting organic fertilizer?

1. Requirements for fermentation raw materials: fermentation raw materials (such as feces and other agricultural wastes) should be fresh without natural composting.

2. Requirements for auxiliary materials: the water content of fermentation auxiliary materials (such as straw, rice bran, etc.) should be moderate, the water absorption is strong, the particle or length is appropriate, and it should not be too large. The addition amount should be determined according to the water content of fermentation raw materials.

3. Strain should be removed evenly: it needs at least 50 grams for one ton of raw materials to be fermented by organic fertilizer fermentation strain. Considering that it is impossible to remove the strain evenly on the fermentation materials, when using it, first mix 50g of strain into 500g of wheat bran, sawdust, oil, rice bran and other raw materials, and then remove them into the fermentation materials, and then mix them evenly and stack them for fermentation.

4. Good water regulation of fermentation: water regulation of raw and auxiliary materials is relatively important, which is related to the success or failure of fermentation. Water requirement is: after mixing the original and auxiliary materials, hold them in a ball and drop them on the ground. The proportion of general auxiliary materials (such as straw, rice bran, etc.) is 10% - 30% (weight percentage of raw materials). If calculated according to the volume ratio of the two, general raw materials account for 2 parts and auxiliary materials account for 1 part.

5. The length, width and height of fermentation stack should meet the standard: the width and height of fermentation material should not be less than 1.5m and 1m respectively.

From the fermentation raw materials to the production of organic fertilizer, we should check at all levels to avoid secondary dust and pollution in the production process. At the same time, improving the reuse efficiency of livestock manure and straw waste can not only reduce the pollution, but also improve the soil structure and the quality of agricultural products.
