(1) Please do not make the pile too small, too small will affect the fermentation, the height between 1.5 meters to 2 meters, the width of 2-3 meters, the length of more than 3 meters pile fermentation effect is better.

(2) It is suggested that old rice bran should not be used. The nutrition and ventilation of fresh rice bran are much better than that of old rice bran. During the fermentation process, proper oxygen supply and fermentation turning should be paid attention to, and the temperature should be controlled at about 65 ℃. Too high temperature has an impact on nutrients. The moisture content of fermentation materials should be controlled at 60-65%. Too much water will lead to poor ventilation, slow heating and bad smell.
