How to Ferment Hot Fat Sheep Manure Into Organic Fertilizer?

Sheep are ruminants, but they rarely drink water. Therefore, the feces are dry and fine, and the amount of feces is very small. Sheep manure is a kind of thermal fertilizer between horse manure and cow manure. Sheep manure and urine are rich in nutrients. It not only has effective nutrients that are easily decomposed and can be absorbed and utilized by crops, but also has late-acting nutrients that are difficult to decompose. Sheep manure is a good fertilizer that combines fast and slow fertilizer efficiency and is suitable for various soil applications.

Sheep dung is fermented with bio-fertilizer fermentation strains, mixed with crushed straw and biological compound bacteria, and then aerobic and anaerobic fermentation becomes high-efficiency organic fertilizer. The content of organic matter in sheep dung is 24%-27%, the content of nitrogen is 0.7%-0.8%, the content of phosphorus is 0.45%-0.6%, the content of potassium is 0.3%-0.6%, and the content of organic matter in sheep urine is 5%, the nitrogen content is 1.3% to 1.4%, the phosphorus content is very small, and the potassium is very rich, as high as 2.1% to 2.3%.

Combine the sheep dung with an appropriate amount of straw powder, and the amount of mixing depends on the water content of the sheep dung. General fermentation requires 45% water content, that is, the hands are kneaded into a ball, the fingers see water, but there is no dripping, and it will dissolve as soon as you let go. Then mix the bio-composite bacteria with 1 ton of material (approximately 1.5 tons of fresh material) with 3 kilograms of the bio-composite bacteria stock solution. Dilute the bacteria liquid and clean water at a ratio of 1:300 and spray them into the material pile, mix and ferment. Adding an appropriate amount of corn flour can provide sugar for the fermentation of the bacteria, so that the multi-dimensional complex enzyme bacteria will quickly gain an absolute advantage. Add the prepared mixture to the mixer for mixing. The mixing must be even and thorough without leaving any lumps. The mixed ingredients are piled into strips with a width between 2.0 meters and 3.0 meters and a height between 1.5 meters and 2.0 meters. (The fermentation effect of piles with a length of more than 3 meters is better). . On the third day of compiling, the temperature can reach 60-80, which can kill E. coli, eggs and other diseases and insect pests. On the 5th day, the stench of sheep dung was eliminated. On the 9th day, the compost became loose, dry and covered with white hyphae. On the 12th day, a wine aroma came out. On the 15th day, the bacterial fertilizer will be fermented and mature.

The whole fermentation process is completed in 7-15 days. The finished organic fertilizer is fluffy, dark brown, slightly wine or earthy, and rich in nutrients. It can be used as a nutrient soil for melons, fruits, vegetables, cash crops, seedlings and flowers, and its value is increased several times. After a little drying, it can be crushed by a semi-wet material grinder, granulated by an organic fertilizer granulator, dried and dehydrated by a dryer, and then screened by a sieving machine. The finished organic fertilizer is ready and can be packaged and stored NS.

After high-temperature sterilization, fermentation and decomposing, and deodorization and harmless treatment, sheep manure can become a new type of high-quality and environmentally friendly organic fertilizer. It is non-toxic, harmless, comprehensive in nutrients, stable in nature, and gradually decomposes to improve the disease resistance of crops and promote strong seedlings. Fermented sheep manure organic fertilizer can improve soil structure and enhance fertilizer efficiency. It not only improves the soil fertility level, but also enhances the soil water retention and water supply capacity, has the function of adjusting the soil temperature, and strengthens the soil's function of mitigating low temperature and high temperature hazards!
