Organic Fertilizer Equipment Manufacturers Share with You How to Make Organic Fertilizer
Organic fertilizer refers to a type of fertilizer produced by biological decomposition or fermentation of organic matter, also known as farmyard manure. Its characteristics are: wide sources of raw materials, large quantities, complete nutrients, low content, slow and long fertilizer effects, and good soil improvement and fertilization effects. Commonly used natural fertilizers include green manure, human manure, manure, compost, Han manure, biogas fertilizer and waste fertilizer.
1. Add duck dung, grass, flowers, leaves, etc., mix well with water, pick out the debris and put it into a harmless plastic bag and add water together to ferment or pile up with plastic cover to ferment. When the fermentation temperature reaches 45℃, it can be spread out to cool down. When the temperature is constant, the fermentation process is solved, and the fermentation can be used.
2. Raw materials (taking the production of 1 ton of organic fertilizer as an example): 1.8 tons of human feces or livestock manure, 0.3 tons of straw powder or leaf powder, 2.5 kg of corn flour, and 1 kg of rapid fermentation inoculants. Human excrement, livestock and poultry manure + leaf or straw powder + cornmeal + bacterial seed → mixing → pile retting → dry.
3. Chicken manure contains a large number of harmful microorganisms, which cannot be directly applied, and deep high-temperature fermentation is required. The purpose of fermentation is mainly two, one is to eliminate harmful germs, and the other is to organicize the underdigested substances to increase the actual organic matter content.
① Fermentation is mainly carried out in the fermentation tank. The chicken manure is accumulated in the fermentation tank. At the same time, the appropriate amount of fermentation bacteria is added, and then the agricultural film is used for film covering. The fermentation time is usually 10-20 days.
②The chicken manure after deep fermentation is dried and crushed. The pulverized chicken manure can be directly applied, but it is only called traditional farmyard manure and cannot be called commercial organic fertilizer.
