In the production of organic fertilizer, the formed particles still have about 30% moisture. Excessive moisture will affect the strength of the particles, and they will be easily crushed during packaging and transportation. The whole machine is cylindrical, and a special scraping device is used inside to avoid the phenomenon of materials sticking to the equipment. After the organic fertilizer dryer starts to work, the equipment is powered by the motor and starts to rotate. The raw materials are directly fed into the rotary drum drying machine by the feed screw, and are repeatedly picked up and dispersed by the guide plate on the inner wall of the drum. The hot air stove transports the hot air to the inside of the equipment. After the material is dispersed, it is fully combined with the hot air inside the equipment. Under the action of the inclination angle of the drum and the induced wind, the material slowly moves from the feeding end to the outlet, and finally from the outlet. The material screw is discharged. The exhaust gas is discharged into the atmosphere after being dedusted by the dust collector. In the process of drying wet materials, the organic fertilizer dryer combines high-speed stirring to fully combine the materials with hot air, fully evaporate the water in the materials, greatly increase the contact area between the materials and the heat medium, and facilitate the rapid drying process.
