Method for Making Pig Manure Organic Fertilizer by Compost Turning Machine

 1. Preparation and addition of bacteria: prepare the manure that needs to be fermented, and it is best to use fresh pig manure (fresh manure has better fermentation effect than old manure), such as: about 1 ton of fresh pig manure plus 0.25 kg of pig manure starter. First, the pig manure starter should be mixed with rice bran (or corn flour, wheat bran) in an organic fertilizer mixer at a ratio of 1:5~10.

2. Pile of pig manure: pile up the prepared pig manure while spreading fungi. The height and volume of the pile should not be too short or too small to facilitate the work of the compost turning machine. Requirements: The pile height is 1.5-2 meters, the width is 2 meters, and the length is unlimited.

3. Adjust the moisture. The moisture content of fermented pig manure should be controlled at 40-65%. Moisture Judgment: Hold a handful of pig dung tightly with your hands, see the watermark between your fingers but not dripping, it is advisable to disperse as soon as it hits the ground. Less water, slow fermentation, more water, poor ventilation, will also cause the "spoilage bacteria" work to produce odor, therefore, it is necessary to control the moisture content.

4. Starting temperature. The starting temperature should be above 15. It can be operated in four seasons and is not affected by the season. In winter, try to ferment indoors or in a greenhouse. The temperature rise of fermentation should be controlled below 70-75.

5. Mix well and ventilate. Pig manure starter requires aerobic fermentation. Therefore, oxygen supply measures should be increased during the operation, and it is advisable to mix well, turn the pile, and ventilate. Otherwise, it will cause anaerobic fermentation and produce odor, which will affect the fertilizer effect.

6. Fermentation is complete. Generally, after 48 hours of pig manure accumulation, the temperature rises to 50~60°C, and it can reach above 65°C on the third day. The pile must be turned over once at this high temperature. Under normal circumstances, 65°C appears twice during the fermentation of pig manure. With the above high temperature, the fermentation can be completed by turning the pile twice with the pig manure compost turning equipment, and the fermentation can be completed within a week. The material was dark brown, and the temperature began to drop to room temperature, indicating that the fermentation was completed.

In the actual process, there are some detailed process steps, but they are mainly used as supplements and supplements to the above six steps, so there is no need to repeat them one by one.
