The extrusion granulator has high granulation rate (close to 100%), high granule strength, basically no return material, and the granule shape is not smooth.

d. High-efficiency and new type of special granulation method for organic fertilizer. The granulation equipment was developed in recent years, mainly for the pelletizing and granulation of organic materials. The advantage of the process is to break through the lack of shape and hardness of organic matter after granulation. The organic matter that needs to be granulated after fermentation does not need to be dried, and no binders are needed to directly produce spherical particles with a certain solidity and beautiful appearance.
