Organic fertilizer fermentation tank equipment is mainly composed of fermentation chamber, feeding lifting system, high-pressure air supply system, spindle drive system, hydraulic power system, automatic discharging system, deodorizing system and automatic control system. The technological process of fermentation tank includes four processes: mixing and conditioning, feeding, aerobic fermentation, and automatic discharging.
(1) Mixing part
The mixing part is to mix manure or organic waste with a high moisture content of about 75% with the return material, biomass, and fermentation bacteria in a certain proportion to adjust the moisture content, C:N, air permeability, etc., to achieve the Drunk condition. If the raw material has a moisture content of 55-65%, it can be fermented directly into the tank.
(2) Organic fertilizer fermentation tank part
The process can be divided into a rapid heating stage, a high temperature stage, and a cooling stage.
The material enters the fermentor and decomposes rapidly within 24-48 hours under the action of aerobic bacteria. The heat released makes the temperature of the material rise rapidly. The temperature is generally 50-65℃, and the draft height can reach 70℃. The air supply and aeration system uniformly delivers oxygen to the fermentation tank to meet the oxygen star demand during the intoxication process, so that the material is fully fermented and decomposed, and the high temperature stage is maintained for 5-7 days. When the decomposition rate slowly drops, the temperature gradually drops below 50 degrees. The whole fermentation process lasts 7-15 days. The temperature rise and ventilation and oxygenation speed up the evaporation of material moisture, and the waste gas and water vapor are discharged through the deodorizer through the deodorization system, thereby reducing the volume of the material, and achieving the reduction, stabilization and harmless treatment of the material Purpose.
The temperature of the fermentation room is maintained above 50 ℃ for more than 7 days, which can kill insect eggs, pathogenic bacteria and weed seeds. It meets the treatment requirements and achieves the purpose of harmless treatment of feces.
