Organic Fertilizer in Granulated Form

 The organic fertilizer granulator equipment uses pressure to agglomerate solid materials together, and then squeezes the materials by two counter-rotating rollers, which are driven by an eccentric sleeve or a hydraulic system. When the solid material is squeezed, the air between the powder particles is first removed to rearrange the particles to eliminate the gap between the materials.

The granulation of the granulator equipment is mainly composed of stirring granulation, extrusion granulation and spray drying granulation.

Extrusion granulation: The granulated powder material should be prevented from being in the extrusion granulation equipment, and then the powder material should be tightly compacted by external force. In order to recombine, so that the material presents cylindrical particles.

Shotcrete granulation: Shotcrete mostly refers to urea shotcrete, which is to melt the urea and spray it into the compound fertilizer granulation device to reduce the urea crushing process. Fertilizers dissolve quickly, but most of them are high-nitrogen formulas with nitrogen greater than 20. With low nitrogen, there is no need to use urea in view of cost saving.

The process conditions should also be attributed to the drum. The formula with high nitrogen is low in cost and the particle shape is good.

The drum is also called drum granulation. It is an inclined drum in the granulation device. It is like a plurality of overlapping discs. Filling and granulation efficiency is high. Recipe restrictions are relatively small. It is also possible to use partial shotcrete and partial ammoniation through the pipe.



Disc granulation: After all the raw materials are mixed, it enters the granulation device. It is an inclined disc. The disc rotates like a Lantern Festival. After drying and sieving into granules, it is fertilizer.

The equipment is simple and large and can be done by hundreds of thousands. The formula needs to have viscous materials, and there are certain formula restrictions to make low concentration suitable. The production capacity is generally low and the daily output is about 100 tons.
