Principle and Structure of Roller Extrusion Granulator

The working principle of the roller extrusion fertilizer granulator is not as well known as the roller press, the inner circumference. The ring with the die groove engraved on it rolls on two driven support rollers _, there is a pressing wheel, the diameter of which is less than The ring is used as a pressing tool to roll in the die groove. The pressing wheel is an elastic support, and the required pressing pressure is obtained by hydraulic action, generally 207 ~ 483MPa.

The feed material is fed into the die groove in front of the pressing wheel, and the pressing wheel presses it into a continuous endless belt. The belt may have nicks, which are caused by the bumps on the surface of the roller. The compressed strip is continuously removed from the die cavity by the action of a stripping tool or paper. When a pinch roller with grooves on the surface is applied, the strips are broken into clumps, and when indented with a smooth surface, the strips are broken into clumps of any shape.

Roller press fertilizer pellet machines have one or two die grooves, so their production capacity is smaller than that of conventional roller presses, presumably due to the smaller variation of the rollers in these ring-roll presses that have been developed (hence, the total The width of the die slot is also small).

The contact surface of the roller press is convex-convex, and the ring roller is concave-concave, which means that the pressure increase and release of the ring roller are relatively gentle. Product production cracks.
