But from a technical point of view, more equipment is required to make pellets than powdered organic fertilizer equipment.

Powdered organic fertilizer production line is suitable for many small farms, and its configuration is dehydration, drying, fermentation, crushing, stirring and packaging. The technological process is to ferment, decompose, pulverize, mix and pack organic fertilizer raw materials, livestock and poultry manure, domestic waste, sludge, distiller's grains, biogas residue, etc. to complete the processing of powdered organic fertilizer.

The first is that the proportion of raw materials should be reasonable. The second point is to determine the compost based on the material. Determine the width of the compost bin, the depth of the tank or the height or width of the pile based on the planned yield. The trough width or stacking width of the organic fertilizer turning machine of the small organic fertilizer production line equipment is 2 meters or 3 meters, the length of the trough or stacking is not limited (50 meters; 100 meters is suitable), and the height is 0.8 meters to 1.5 meters between meters.

The third point is to add beneficial bacteria. Mix and stir the beneficial bacteria with bacterial residue and grain residue in a ratio of 1:5, crush the coarse-grained raw material through an organic fertilizer pulverizer, stir the raw fertilizer through an organic fertilizer mixer, and then stack.
