What Is the Difference between Powdered and Granular Organic Fertilizer Production Lines?

Today, FPC, an organic fertilizer equipment manufacturer, will popularize the difference between a powdered organic fertilizer production line and a granular organic fertilizer production line: When purchasing organic fertilizer equipment, we must first understand whether you want to produce powdered or granular fertilizers. The main difference between them is that one is organic fertilizer powder and the other is organic fertilizer granules. But from a technical point of view, more equipment is required to make pellets than powdered organic fertilizer equipment.

Powdered organic fertilizer production line is one of the simple organic fertilizer production lines, also known as small organic fertilizer production line.

Powdered organic fertilizer production line is suitable for many small farms, and its configuration is dehydration, drying, fermentation, crushing, stirring and packaging. The technological process is to ferment, decompose, pulverize, mix and pack organic fertilizer raw materials, livestock and poultry manure, domestic waste, sludge, distiller's grains, biogas residue, etc. to complete the processing of powdered organic fertilizer.

Let me talk about the fermentation process of small organic fertilizer production line equipment. The equipment used in the fermentation process is mainly a manure fermentation turner (or a tank turner). The process is ingredients, then mashed and stirred, then fermented. In the detailed operation of this process, there are 4 points to note.

The first is that the proportion of raw materials should be reasonable. Ratio 5:3:2 For example: 500 kg of fresh pig manure and cow manure, 300 kg of fresh duck manure, chicken manure, etc., 200 kg of food residue or fungal residue, etc. An appropriate amount of beneficial bacteria (added according to the instructions for different bacteria).

The second point is to determine the compost based on the material. Determine the width of the compost bin, the depth of the tank or the height or width of the pile based on the planned yield. The trough width or stacking width of the organic fertilizer turning machine of the small organic fertilizer production line equipment is 2 meters or 3 meters, the length of the trough or stacking is not limited (50 meters; 100 meters is suitable), and the height is 0.8 meters to 1.5 meters between meters.

The third point is to add beneficial bacteria. Mix and stir the beneficial bacteria with bacterial residue and grain residue in a ratio of 1:5, crush the coarse-grained raw material through an organic fertilizer pulverizer, stir the raw fertilizer through an organic fertilizer mixer, and then stack.

The fourth point is the stirring and fermentation of raw materials and auxiliary materials.
