What Is the Process Flow of the Organic Fertilizer Production Line?

The powder organic fertilizer production line is a very simple production line in agricultural production. Whether it is from production or to finished products, only a few kinds of equipment can achieve the goal. The main equipment used are fermentation turners, Crusher, packaging machine, these only can be made into organic fertilizer. About the technological process of the powder organic fertilizer production line, we can learn about it so that we can make better choices.

Its technological process:

1. Mix the original organic fertilizer raw materials first, the C/N ratio should be controlled between 23 and 28, and the moisture content of the material should be between 52% and 68% after the ratio.

2. Requirements for the stacking of raw materials: the height and width are stacked according to the requirements, and the length is arbitrary, and it must be in a place with natural ventilation.

3. Once the temperature of the material pile starts to rise, it means that the fermentation has started. When the temperature rises above 60 degrees, it will start to turn the pile after 48 hours. (Note: when the temperature exceeds 70 degrees, the pile must be turned immediately.) When stacking, it must be even and thorough, and the low-level materials should be turned into the middle and upper part of the heap as much as possible, so that they can be fully decomposed. At this time, the groove-type compost turner can be used.

4. The fermented and decomposed organic fertilizer can be applied directly, or it can be dried and packaged for storage.

From the above process flow, it can be seen that the powder organic fertilizer production line can be simply divided into three processes: pre-treatment, primary fermentation and post-treatment. The whole organic fertilizer manufacturing process is indeed relatively simple and easy to operate, and it must be implemented in accordance with the regulations in the production process. .
