Several Advantages of Semi-wet Fertilizer Crushing Machine

1. The two-stage rotor is used in this machine, and the upper and lower rotors are used to pulverize the materials. The materials are crushed into fine particles through the upper rotor crusher, and then they are continuously crushed into fine powder after being transported to the lower rotor, so as to achieve the crushing effect of material powder and hammer powder, and then the material is directly discharged from the outlet.

2. The machine is not designed with screen bottom, more than 100 kinds of materials can be crushed without blocking. Even the material just fished out of the water can be crushed, so it will not be blocked due to the crushing of wet material, which will burn the motor and affect the production.

3. The whole machine adopts high alloy wear-resistant hammer head, and the hammer piece is made by forging. It is especially strong and wear-resistant, which is stronger and more wear-resistant than ordinary hammer head, which increases the service life of hammer piece.

4. The bi-directional gap adjustment technology is adopted in the semi wet material crusher. If the hammer piece is worn, it does not need to be repaired, and the position of the hammer piece can continue to be used. Adjusting the gap between the hammer and the liner can control the particle size of the material.

5. The whole machine adopts high-tech technology, which can be easily operated by only one person. It is not only reliable in quality, but also convenient for maintenance.

6. Semi wet material pulverizer adopts centralized lubrication system for oil injection. Under normal operation, lubricating oil can be injected without shutdown.

7. The structural design is reasonable. The upper and lower double blades are used to break the rotor, and the crushing effect is twice as much as that of other products. The materials enter the crushing chamber from the feed inlet and are continuously grinded by the double-layer blades to make the materials meet the requirements of granulation.
