Fermentation Process of Small-scale Organic Fertilizer Equipment

The main equipment used in organic fertilizer composting process is fermentation dumper (trough dumper). Its process is ingredients, and then grinding and stirring, and then fermentation. There are four points for attention in the detailed operation of this process.

First, the ratio of raw materials should be reasonable. The ratio is 5:3:2: for example, 500kg of fresh pig manure, cow manure, 300kg of fresh duck manure, 300kg of chicken manure, 200kg of grain residue or mushroom residue, and appropriate amount of beneficial bacteria (add according to the instructions of different bacteria).

The second point is to determine composting according to materials. Determine the width and depth of the composting trough or the height or width of the strip pile according to the planned output. The width of the trough or the width of the pile is 2m or 3M, the length of the trough or the pile is not limited (50m-100m is appropriate), and the height is between 0.8m-1.5m.

Third, the addition of beneficial bacteria. The beneficial bacteria agent was mixed with bacteria residue and grain residue at the ratio of 1:5. The coarse-grained raw materials were crushed by organic fertilizer crusher, and the raw manure was stirred by organic fertilizer mixer, and then stacked.

The fourth point is the stirring fermentation of raw materials and auxiliary materials. Use organic fertilizer fermentation dumper, or organic fertilizer dumper to dump and dump, and supplement air and oxygen. In addition, the organic fertilizer fermentation dumper or dumper is used to turn and dump the raw materials in the tank or strip pile evenly.

The process of fermentation, stacking, turning over and fermentation was used to repeatedly ferment and turn over. Generally, when the temperature rises to above 60 degrees, it should be tossed and piled every 3-5 days. The fermentation and cooling should be repeated when the temperature is above 60 degrees. 10-15 days can achieve fermentation maturity, and remove harmful diseases and insect pests.
