Introduction of Cow Manure Composting Process

Cattle manure organic fertilizer compost turner is a good way for small cattle farms to realize the ecological mode of combination of planting and breeding. In this loose material state, cattle manure can be deodorized for 3-5 hours, heated in one day, and fermented at 60-70 ℃ for 3-4 days. 5-7 days, and the number of soil beneficial microorganisms in the fertilizer is not less than 30 billion/g. It is not only faster than deep tank fermentation, but also effectively prevents the production of odor gas in the fermentation process, which meets the requirements of environmental protection, and can produce good organic fertilizer.

It is easy to burn the seedlings and pollute the living air. Therefore, the use of organic fertilizer equipment, through fermentation, fertilizer production or biogas, fermentation and fertilizer production and other reasonable emission reduction, comprehensive recycling is a better way.
