Processing Equipment and Processes of Small Farmyard Manure

The raw materials for making farmyard manure mainly include livestock and poultry manure, straw, and cake fertilizer. If the production volume is small, it can be done manually. If the production volume is large, it needs to be assisted by an organic fertilizer fermentation turner. Today, FPC organic fertilizer equipment manufacturer will take you to understand the production process of small farmyard manure.

First, it is necessary to ensure that the temperature of the environment during production is above 10 degrees. If the ambient temperature is too low, the temperature of the compost cannot be heated normally, resulting in the inability to ferment normally.

Second, it is best to adjust the moisture of the raw material to about 60%. The way to judge is to see that there is moisture in the raw material but it will not flow out.

Third, adjust the carbon-nitrogen ratio in the raw materials. Generally speaking, a carbon-nitrogen ratio of 25-30:1 is the most favorable for the entire fermentation process.

Fourth, add starter according to the starter's instructions. After the compost starts to ferment, the whole composting process can be divided into heating period, high temperature period, constant temperature period and cooling period. When the material reaches the odorless effect through several stages, it indicates that the whole fermentation process is completed. This process takes about 15 days in summer and 25 days in winter.

Fifth, the function of the fermentation turner is to make the materials in the fermentation more uniform, control the temperature better, and make the fermentation of the raw materials more uniform.

The above is the processing equipment and process of small farmyard manure. You can refer to it. Only by meeting various requirements of temperature standards, material ratio, and fermentation time, can qualified organic fertilizers be produced.
